What we expect from you:
- Experience in working with scheduling tools (AUTOSYS, Control-M, Visual TOM, CA Automic Workload)
- Experience in implementing new jobs / chains of jobs on the customer’s batch plan
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux family operating systems
- Good English skills (B2)
Scope of duties:
- Investigation and troubleshooting on the customer’s batch plan (based on: AUTOSYS, Control-M)
- Creating batch plan and providing analysis on the customer’s batch plan
- Handling incidents according to agreed SLAs
- Carrying out tasks by following documents about procedures and operations
