Network Engineers Wanted!

As a Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely resolution of L2/L3 tickets, providing technical support to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and web, resolving L2/L3 tickets efficiently.
• Record, track, and resolve support cases, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Diagnose and tackle complex technical issues with fault isolation and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to user documentation and technical marketing collateral.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to review product issues and provide feedback.
• Reproduce and qualify critical customer issues.
• Stay abreast of software release and bug cycles.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in understanding, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices. This includes firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, and monitoring applications.
• Proficiency in network protocols: SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD.
• Hands-on technical experience with VPN technologies such as IPSEC, SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, and DMVPN.
• Familiarity with network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, and authentication and authorization technology.
• Proficiency in Routing & Switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills.
