Your tasks:
- support for client's products
- solving problems with various firewall devices
- log analysis and escalation to the next level of support
- replicating customer problems in a laboratory environment
- providing assistance to customers via e-mail, telephone and remote sessions in an appropriate way
- maintaining high quality of technical expertise by conducting trainings
You should have experience with most of below issues:
- Experience with routing and switching OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP
- Some experience with security IPSEC, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE
- Hands on experience with authentication protocols (Radius / TACACS)
- Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), Fortinet plus products
- Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols
