Work model: Hybrid (Kraków) or Remote (Poland)
Your responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Developers, Testers, and Functional Analysts.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features and bug fixes.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a comprehensive product backlog.
• Drive continuous improvement and increase team velocity.
• Champion the Scrum process and ensure adherence to Agile values and practices.
• Own the Release Management process for the global eCommerce Platform.
• Oversee release planning and coordinate post-deployment reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams for integrated services.
• Coordinate with external/3rd party leads, development teams, and Solution Architects.
• Manage deployment planning and coordinate with operations during production migrations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Management/Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and projects is a must.
• Proven experience in an Agile environment (with certificates such as PMI-ACP, APMG, PSM I, CSM, SEFe POPM).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Effective negotiation and consensus-building skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing requirements across multiple countries or businesses.
• Ability to work in a virtual, cross-cultural, and cross-time zone environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication and facilitation skills.
