Work Model: Fully remote/ hybrid (Wroclaw)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Business Requirements: Collaborate with various departments to collect business requirements and coordinate discovery processes.
• Translate Requirements: Translate business requirements into project scope, build business cases, and conduct ROI calculations.
• Define Objectives: Work closely with leadership to define objectives and key metrics supporting them.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new publications and documentation in process mining to identify new opportunities.
• Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and meetings, manage stakeholders, and coordinate project execution.
• Maintain Communication: Ensure timely delivery of work to interested parties and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business representatives and data analysts, translating requirements into technical objectives.
• User Engagement: Interact regularly with end users to ensure existing solutions are utilized effectively.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
• Teamwork: Experience in team-based project work or process improvement execution.
• Stakeholder Relations: Ability to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Communication: Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Work Experience: 2+ years' experience in a multinational organization, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Project Management: Proven experience in project management, preferably in finance, and change management.
• SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Analytical Skills: Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence is an asset.
• Process Knowledge: Experience in areas like Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Logistics is desirable.
