The client

Client is an international company dealing in management and IT consulting, business analytics and transformation programs based on strategy, process engineering and technology.

The challenge

Client urgently needed to hire an Oracle / DB2 specialist (databases) for a project carried out for an external Client. The requirement were:

  • Shift work, also at night
  • Knowledge of German at the minimum required level B1
  • Experience in working with databases and completed university education
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a similar position

The solution

Cpl Poland established a dedicated recruiter to lead the project as a first priority. Due to the urgent recruitment process we were considering candidates with a maximum of one month's
notice period. What’s more, we presented candidates with high motivation and ready to shorten the notice period. Cpl´s consultants were focused on searching in our internal database in order to accelerate recruitment process and responsiveness.

Outcome

Within 3 days we’ve presented first 2 candidates and both of them were invited to an interview -
100% conversion! Finally, one of the selected candidate commenced work 10 days after accepting the offer. A well-planned and fast recruitment process, carried out mainly on the basis of the Cpl candidate database, allowed for the closure of the recruitment process for this position in 26 days.
