​Knowledge of foreign languages guarantees a job

As data from the CPL Jobs - CEE Business Services 2018 Salary Survey report shows, in 2018 the candidate market has been firmly established among specialists with knowledge of foreign languages - especially among those operating (in addition to English) in two more languages. Invariably, high demand remains for specialists who know German, French, Spanish, but also less common languages such as Dutch, Maltese, Afghani, or Scandinavian languages.

At the same time, specialists from other sectors, already experienced in their profession in the areas of, for example, finance, accounting, human resources management, IT, logistics, as well as sales - operating with two foreign languages, have a big advantage in the labor market over those who only know their native language or English.
