IT Support Engineer – Fixed-Term Project (Urgent Hire)
Location: Warsaw, metro Wilanowska, hybrid work
Contract Type: Fixed-term, short project, B2B or contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Urgent hiring – immediate start preferred
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer for an urgent, fixed-term project to cover for planned upcoming absences in our Client's team (fintech sector). The project will last approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tickets using Jira and follow ITIL practices
 - Set up and disable Active Directory (AD) accounts for Axioma users
 - Conduct IT introduction sessions for new joiners
 - Issue and collect IT equipment (laptops, phones, accessories)
 - Support walk-ins and local hardware troubleshooting
 - Process escalated tickets from the remote team
 - Maintain and update IT inventory and stockroom
 - Order and deploy IT equipment, including loaner devices
 - Perform workstation and server room health checks
 - Install and maintain hardware (switches, firewalls, peripherals)
 - Set up and troubleshoot meeting room and VC equipment
 - Provide basic connectivity, printing, and driver troubleshooting
 - Use HP Assistant and Dell Command Update for diagnostics
 - Assist with imaging, remote resets, and syncing
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
 - Business fluency in English.
 - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, AD, and standard IT hardware/software tools
 - Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first attitude
 - Available for immediate start and interested in a short-term, full-time project (availability within business hours required)
